LGJ: Where's my refund?

Mark Methenitis contributes Law of the Game on Joystiq ("LGJ"), a column on legal issues as they relate to video games: "There's a bit of a rash of games breaking other games or DLC breaking games these days, especially when it comes to Achievements.
