Top Gun Writer, Jack Epps Jr.: ‘Games are becoming “the” visual medium’

“I’m really excited about the prospect of games in the next few years. I was at E3 in LA recently, and the games that were displayed were really exciting. Great visuals. Also, the amount of data that can be accessed in games is phenomenal.” Stated Epps, when questioned about other projects of his he felt might be suited for adaptation to a videogame. “I’m a visual storyteller and games are becoming “the” visual medium.” (Culture, Jack Epps Jr., PC, PS3, Top Gun)

I agree with him. Games now are brilliant. Graphics, sound, physics etc. I would have never imagined how nice games would become when I was playing them on my Commodore 64, 25 years or so ago. I thought they were good then.
