Three Speech: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Preview

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune is a new venture for the Naughty Dog team – previously known for the Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter series. The mysterious trailer shown off at E3 2006 intrigued many. Since then, the game's been demonstrated at this year's E3 - the E3 build being what Three Speech got their hands on.

Uncharted is based around the adventures of Nathan Drake. A clue he finds in Sir Francis Drake's coffin sets him off on a trail to find the lost treasure of El Dorado, which leads him to a forgotten island in the Pacific Ocean. What he doesn't realise, though, is that on the island he will come face-to-face with deadly mercenaries.

Will this have online play? cus there seems to be too many good games coming to the PS3 that are single player only.

Which is a good thing for some people. I know I'm not the norm, but I traditionally don't look to see if a game has online, especially platformer/adventure games. It's not a shooter first, and online would probably feel tacked on. Unless it wasn't focused on shooting. A detailed environment with some cat-and-mouse action COULD be worthwhile in my eyes; a sort of pursuit game. But just throwing 20 players in a level to have them kill each other doesn't seem to focus on what the game's about.

They are releasing what till now seem to be really great multiplayer only games suchs as warhawk and the king (or queen i havent seen the figures against halo 2 which i think is its only oponent) Socom

this is one of the main games i am looking forward to. I hope that you have to figure out a lot of things out for yourself. Like clues and stuff.

i hope this and killzone 2 have online

I seriously doubt there's any way Killzone 2 WON'T have online. It's a shooter; that's an industry standard now-a-days to extend the game life. Killzone 1 is still played often online.
