Gameplayer have just gone live with their take on one of the games of E3, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
"Sure, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 was intense and Battlefield 2: Modern Combat made war as delightful as skipping through a tulip field packed with landmines, but we've never seen anything quite like the brutality of war that's in Call of Duty 4. The pure chaos and sheer terror that's bursting from the seams of every pixel in this game (do pixels even have seams? No matter) is pretty darn amazing. Even just watching someone else play Modern Warfare leaves you shell-shocked and gasping for air. One thing is for sure: if conscription comes back, we're trotting out the dodgy knee defence."
