Because of Super Mario Bros. The first game I ever played, alongside Contra. Even though I was only 3 years old, I fell in love with it instantly!

*sigh*, true love!

TheGamerGeek2674d ago

Ah, Contra.

The hours upon hours I spent with that game will never be forgotten!

me I had teenage mutan ninja turtles on NES And I always asked myself why were they all wearing RED Bandanas on the BoxArt?

Gue12674d ago (Edited 2674d ago )

^^^cus in the original comic all the turtles originally had red bandanas but when they made the cartoon each turtle wore a different color to avoid confusion. The box-art is just a tribute to that...

On topic, why do I love gaming? Cus my life is boring and video games provide me with some excitement when I can't even go surfing cus of work or when out of season for waves. Now we're in the warmest season and that means "lots of storms" = epic surfing season and less gaming but lately I've been watching anime like crazy!

Gaming has turned kind of boring to me, games nowadays are too easy, short and the feeling of satisfaction is disappearing. These last 7 months I have only played some old games like MvsC2 and finished a couple of Jrpg's (Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, FFVII and FFVIII). My gaming time is now being used to watch more anime than playing video games. Anime it's so fuking great! I just finished watching Toradora and Zero no Tsukaima and came to the conclusion that I have become an anime addict cus I don't even watch TV anymore... @[email protected]

for competition, meeting new friends and having fun.

Another main reason is to keep me out of trouble, if am not at soccer/football am indoors playing games.

Where am form there isn't a lot to do...

that takes you on a ride that a book or movie really can't. I feel more a relationship to games that I do with books and movies. My first game was Metal Gear Solid, I got it at the age of 8. WOW. That game made me love video games. The interaction, the story, the gameplay, the characters......just made it special and I never got that from other forms of entertainment.
