Exactly something that a lot of dumbs ignorants that like to label their favorite Driving Game as The Real Driving Simulator... "Oh we have real simulated weather" NO you just have lame tears falling from the sky.

YUP the reason why you wont have real simulators in consoles like Air Combat, WAR, Racing Games etc.

The only thing i dislike about the Ego engine is the horrible yellow tint. It just detracts for me. Not so much in Dirt, but certainly in something like F1 where you watch it on tv every few weeks or so.

The engine itself would not have a yellow tint, if it is present it is an intentional visual styling.

Looks quite effective really, kudos to the developers.

There is already a few nitwits ( first & second commenter ) getting too hyper-critical about how big a deal it couldn't replicate the real time footage, I say if they were in the developer's shoes there is a word that's called "compromise" and that is to get the effects as close as possible but still be playable at the same time.
I'm pretty sure *most wouldn't be able to play and enjoy the game if the real time ( spray ) effects were implemented.
