Here are the five first minutes of the Bioshock demo, which shows your first steps in Rapture, the underwater city.
Simply breath taking, can't wait to sink my teeth and fingers into!
I've been waiting for a video like this all day!
I know what you mean, me too... I was surprised I found it. I was at 95% and waiting so I decide to look for a review...
Now that I finally got it, I'm off to enjoy the game.
The only difference is I stood in the fire for 2 minutes and thought it was still a cutscene until I moved the analog stick lol. The graphics are top-notch
Some one needs to record the full demo!
I want to see more :).
wow.... i'm a PS fan, but I must give credit when it's due, this game looks down right awesome.....
Same here, also a PS fan. But Im holding out.
If anything if I could live without Gears then I will live without Bioshock... even though theres been strong rumors indicating that Bioshock will hit the PS3, but not untill 2008.
There are also strong rumours MGS4 is coming out for 360 in 2008, about 6 months after the PS3 version.
This game is right here, right now. Not in 2008. It's AAA and it'll be selling 360's a lot this month together with Madden 08 the best version with 60fps and the best graphics.
THe Bioshock demo is insane.
it looks awesome but can live without it
Ok i'm back, (here's my short review) Game looks amazing and plays amazing. Bioshock is something special... I normally don't like games with this kind of theme to them but man is it done well. I walk over to the wall and started swing the wrench.
At first I was like oh I know they didn't do nothing for if you hit here, but they did. That was sweet. Makes the game feel much more real if you can hit stuff that having nothing to do with the set path and they get a scar or show damage. Really nice.
I just really have nothing bad to say about the game it's really done well. It makes you feel like the world under water is really alive. The big daddy and all that is done really well. Has a nice shooter feel.
This game was not on my radar but now it is. should be some good Xbox 360 fun when it's released, I really got caught up in the demo. It's good. Even if it's not your kind of game the demo was fun.
I take my hat off to the development team, this one is done right.
Oh on a side note, if you get a chance check out the Two Human Trailer that's 391 mb's that game looks interesting. (trailers a little tricky to get because it's not in the list -it's a highlight when you click on videos)
Hi, check this if you don't play demo yet.
It's around 20 min long complete demo play movie.
Nice find Uglygreen... (bubbles for you) I always loved that divx player... especially full screen. Some people who have not played it yet will appreciate this.
Thanks man, that was awsome
I thought the fire part was a cutscene. I can live without this underwater world shooter. But I hope Sony is taking notice of those graphics. Maybe it's time for another PS3 price cut.
its simple, buy a 360. If not now, then later when its cheap and this game will only be about 20 by then. Maybe a couple of years. Still, this game should NOT be missed.
During the DEMO i thought i was still in a cut scene until it told me to move the LS. I was like HOLY SH!T.
Listen to me asshole. I will never ever!! buy an XBOX 360. F*ck the online frag machine.
I think you touched on a nerve;)
why people want to miss out because of their bias/fanboyism is beyond me.
if I ever saw a game that was a must have, but was PS3 only, i would buy one, the next FF just may do that.
but hey, to each his own...
The only good part was the fire flames, but notice how everything in the background is black. All the focus is on the fire, that's how they made it look so real.
if you stay there in the water for a few hours the sun comes up.
What did you expect to see behind the flames? Lair Dragons doing cartwheels?
Freaking moronic juvenile fanboys incapable of EVER giving credit where credit is due!
I own ALL systems dating back to an original PONG arcade table. Bioshock is amazing. I've played through the demo several times now and I still cannot get over the detailed environment and eerie atmosphere.
Bioshock will be talked about years after fanboys like Lightning finally reach puberty and learn to think for themselves. Until then pubes and an original thought will only be a dream to go along with their 'this is waiting' mantra. Idiots.
True gamers appreciate quality games regardless of console or platform. Bioshock is an instant classic---guaranteed!
If it looks like crud then its some of the most atmospheric crud I have ever seen!
Really draws you in and makes you feel a visitor - thats what impressed for me. The graphics are nice too but thats just a bonus when its presented like this.
What with the pick of both platform lineups, I am going to have to pick carefully to ensure I still have a life come the end of this year!
Time for a download I think.
this game comes to the PS3. The Xbox 360 has one hell of a line up! The game looks great and it looks like in the FPS department it's rock solid as well.
Just maybe bought the wrong console first. The 360 Is running the show until 2008 then we will see what happens.
This looks better and better each time I see it. Can't wait to get it for PC.
or is this game like 90% all black lol way to show off the 360 power by processing black empty areas hahahahaha
the funny thing is that its all black - im not talking about its dark and u can still see the wall and floor - like its all black...
just like gears another all dark shooter - 360 dev know they dont have the processing power of the PS3 so they crisp small areas to mke it look amazing
Lair is a perfect example of processing power - no limit - open sky to air in the daylight/night/snow u name it..and it was only using 30% of what the PS3 could do
so if u 360 xbots thing this game is amazing and shows the power of the 360 - then the 360 is a huge joke..
to me it another [email protected]
and mart the fart - ur a funny dumb kid lol MSG4 coming to the 360 hahahaha oh my what a blind kid this bot is
