There was even a trophy for rating a certain number of levels, easy but I didn't do it, seemed too forced.

Seems weird.

Dannehkins4998d ago (Edited 4998d ago )

Just so everyone is not confused by the article, it is only a temporary take down. The author just forgot to mention that little tiny thing...

The rating system is stupid, people are scared to make the levels they want to make or hard levels, just incase people get pissed and rate low. Thats why there are so many mindless run and jump BS levels, levels that explain every little thing so you don't get confused and leave.

I wish they would leave it off.

Too true. My first level was quite poor tbh, but I put hours and hours into it and tried my best. I made lots of traps for people because I find those sort of things funny and interesting in levels and they make me laugh. But most people probably didn't even try to finish that level and so I'm reluctant to make any more really. The shark and jump levels are fun once, now every second level you glance at on the community map is one of those.

i put SOOOooooo much time into my lvls and people barley play it. it seems everyone only plays shark/bomb lvls anymore, and yet they get 1 million plays even if they suck.

my lvls have boss fights, puzzles, traps, challenges etc and i can barley get over 300 plays..........

Nate-Dog4998d ago

Yeah, I actually look out more for levels that have no plays (or even just a few) because every now and again you find a gem of a level and it's great to see people that can flex their creativity in a game like this (I'm pretty terrible with things like this to be honest lol).

I never understood that either, I mean all the shark and jump levels are the same, yet you see different ones up there every day with huge ratings and plays. I mean surely one or two are enough right?

Fallout 3's Reveal Led To Death Threats And Bethesda's First Security Guard

The artist behind Fallout 4’s Deathclaw reveals just how bad things got back when Bethesda took over the series

People are stupid I get it. No one should feel unsafe,

But I think they need to talk about why they cut so many corners during the development process and why none of their games ever look current. And why they think all of this is okay while they charge full price.

Remembering Medal Of Honor: The Forgotten Master Of WW2 Games

Ibrahim from eXputer: "The Medal of Honor franchise was once the crown jewel of FPS war games, later defeated by the tides of time and poor development."

They tried to turn it into Call of Duty and it killed it off. They should reboot it and go back to it's roots. But they'd ruin it with online-only/multiplayer style bullshit so why bother? I have very fond memories of these games, but this series can stay dead as far as I'm concerned.

Was literally just thinking of this game the other week with the secret nut cracker mission and the shooting Bismarck dog lmao. Loved these games as a kid

I wish they’d remake warfighter

Strictly for the campaign

I have fond memories of playing the Medal of Honor Breakthrough MP Demo. It had two maps and custom servers. Living on campus, I had it downloaded on one of the PC Lab servers so I could access it on any computer at the university. Joined a clan and made friends that I still keep in touch with today.
