A great list, full of variety. I would have taken out some of their choices to find room for Valkyria Chronicles and Killzone 2, but hey, you can't have everything.

I highly recommend Valkyria Chronicles to anyone with an 'open' taste in games. Very underrated but an absolute gem, no trophies though. :(

Heavy Rain was on the list and so was Resistance 2(maybe you meant you'd replace resistance 2 with Resistance : Fall of Man? If so I would too).

Killzone 2 should have been on the list, glad they included Warhawk. Heavenly Sword is nice if you can get it cheap and don't overlook Uncharted Drake's Fortune.

too many games for just a 10 game list,
but that's what makes the PlayStation consoles so awesome: variety.

i'm sure many a gamer could easily substitute a handful of games on that list for equally excellent games.

you'd be hard pressed to not be entertained by any of the games on the list included, or the ones posted here.

variety and quality has ALWAYS been the name of the game with PlayStation. only people who never hopped into gaming until this generation are under the impression that Sony doesn't bring it when it comes to software. 15 years of PlayStation history, and roughly 300 million consoles sold speaks otherwise (PS1, 110+ million, PS2, 150+ million, PS3, 38 million and counting).
