Remember earlier last month, when it appeared that Namco Bandai's Makoto Yoshitsumi, the executive producer for Tales of Vesperia and producer for Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Symphonia, was about to reveal the next Tales of title in the Famitsu, and it turned out to be an interview just about Tales of Phantasia: Narikiri Dungeon X?
According to the webmaster for Namco Bandai Games International, it appears we might know when to expect the announcement.
Tales Union writes: "Last month we reported on a tweet from Namco Bandai's Makoto Yoshitsumi, the executive producer for Tales of Vesperia and producer for Tales of the Abyss and Tales of Symphonia, about a recent interview he has just completed with Famitsu. It turns out that said interview had nothing to do with the new Tales announcement, however."
The publishing of Tales games is frustrating, they rarely make two games for a single platform, how could they hope to build or sustain a fan base?
I went from TOS on GameCube, to TO Abyss on PS2, to TOV on 360, TO TOS2 on Wii, after TOG they will make one for the PS3…WTF?
They should ether stick to a platform for at least a generation or go multiplatform.
According to a recent radio interview that was leaked online, it appears that the rumored PS3 Tales of title, rumored to be named Tales of Unitia, has been confirmed with a release date, alongside another PSP Tales title.
all my prayers were answered^^
BUT I WANT TALES OF VESPERIA ON MY PS3 -NamcoBandai..do you hear me?-
Not a big fan of tales. Quite ironic though that I love Star Ocean's battle system, yet I detest the one in tales. Considering the battle system of both are almost the same thing too...ugh....
Earlier today was the first day of Tales of Festival 2010, which brought some new news along with it, along with partial results of the Tales of Popularity poll that was going on at Tales Channel earlier this year.
It better be good news! As in, more-Tales-games-reaching-NA news!
next time they want to make money, port the damn game to other regions not just for Japan.
Cuz i don't know why we don't have a Tales of Vesperia PS3 in other regions:/
American Tales of Graces or PS3 Vesperia, please.
Tales of Vesperia for 360 was the best RPG I played this new generation.
Loved that game to death. I really wish they would do some kind of DLC and add the PS3 only stuff to that game.
i never really got into the tales games. i should try them cause there are alot of fans out there that really love them.
