MMGN: Singularity is a fun game, but it doesn’t stray far from conventions that have been in first person shooters for generations. It feels a lot like BioShock, but that doesn’t mean it’s on the same level. For all my criticism it’s actually a decent game, just not the great game it should have been. The Time Manipulation Device could have potentially made this a revolutionary experience, but instead it was demoted to being nothing more than a gimmick. While it’s still fun, it’s hard not to feel let down by Singularity.
