Review: Crackdown 2 [Examiner.com]

Ex: Crackdown was a subversive, immersive, and downright enjoyable game. It seduced completionists and forever embedded the alluring 'ting' of a collected Agility Orb in our permanent memory. Let's be crystal clear: Crackdown 2 is more of the same.

For some this will warrant joyous celebration. Others are best advised to guard their $60 carefully. Read on to find out which scenario suits you best.

Even though it's more like Crackdown 1.5 than Crackdown 2, I'm having a blast playing it. Orb collecting = tons of fun

Agreed. That ended up being the main point in the review. 1.5 is a worthy banner, but it's not a detractor.

Uh, was the game really like that? Sounds more like a description for GTA: San Andreas or Vice City (aside from the Agility orb comment).

Well it certainly passed the Michael Bay test. But yea 40$ sounds about right.

All good here, I was able to get it for $40 anyway.

You know whats the worst part is that if they tried just a little bit it could have an awesome story. Theirs a subtle hint in the voice recording that the last agent you played as rebelled against the Agency. Maybe if they gave you more of a character than an Avatar it would be an awesome story.
Other than that the game is frickin SWEET!
