Game Ninja reviews Crackdown 2: Nothing new for open world gaming

Sandbox games are becoming a safe haven for game developers. After crafting an open world it's easy to fall into the trap of simply adding collectibles and other distractions while avoiding the main narrative itself. Damn this site is overrun by idiotic trolls. Kids on this site are pathetic. Lmfao at people who listen to review scores. The only opinion that matters is my own and my opinion is this game is going to be alot of co-op fun.

IMO this game is getting mixed reviews overall which I fully expected some scores in the 7,8,9 not bad overall. Mostly everyone who gives it a 7 is saying that it's basically crackdown 1 but more expanded.

what exactly has any game added to the open world genre, they're all gta clones. go here do this mission, go there and do a sub mission, diddle around in between. wash, rinse, repeat.

these reviewers sound like they've never played the first crackdown. it's a fun sandbox that has no real narrative and the sequel continues the tradition. i honestly have no idea what they expected in or from a second game. if you like the first one you'll probably like this one. that's good enough for me and i'll be buying the game later this week.
