Nintendo 'Really Wanted' Saints Row on 3DS, reveals THQ

The 3DS grabbed everyone's attention at this year's E3, but can the new handheld attract more core gamers? That seems to be the plan from Nintendo, according to THQ. In fact, Core Games VP Danny Bilson told us that Nintendo pushed hard to get Saints Row on 3DS to show that they can promote mature content on the new system. Wow hang on, he was indicating that the game can interact with the PS3 or 360 game? WTH?

I'm kinda saddened to hear it's just the XBL game tbh, it'll be a lot more expensive on the 3DS but it'll be interesting to see what it looks like.

How this conversation really went:

"Hey, Nintendo!"
"Hey..."
"Hey, it's THQ!"
"Oh.... "
"Do you want Saint's Row on 3DS?"
"Is that a game?"
"Yes."
"Ehhh.... whatever."
"OK."

Fastforward:

"Nintendo 'Really Wanted' Saints Row on 3DS, reveals THQ."
