Konami Gives American Gamers Hope For Metal Gear 20th Anniversary Package

Speaking with Konami reps at Comic Con today, Kotaku's Michael McWhertor pestered marketing VP Anthony Kraus about Konami USA bringing over the Metal Gear 20th Anniversary Collection. Kraus confirmed that they're "considering it" with the sales team talking to retailers about potential interest in selling such a package. "Would it be the same package?" McWhertor asked. "Very similar," Kraus responded.

The story is too old to be commented.

Oh god i hope it does come. I would buy this package in a second. 85$ dollars for 6 games and a DVD... Thats a deal.

I would buy this the second it came out. 50-60 dollars for every single story-relevant MGS game ever, plus a DVD = Good deal.

How lame is that? They get everything anyway FFS!

I live in Europe, and, other than a demo of the original Metal Gear Solid, I've never played any of the games, and I'm regretting it now that Metal Gear Solid 4 is coming out. If this was released here in Europe, I wouldn't really care what price I had to pay!

Let's see...

If the whole pack it's exactly the same as the Japanese counterpart is HIGH PRIORITY MOST BUY for me. If the pack get rid of any game(s) then the package get a much lower priority level on me.
