How to stalk Hideo Kojima to win a scavenger hunt game

One of The Kartel's missions for its scavenger hunt at E3 included taking a picture with Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima. It was supposed to be easy, but still had more complications than thought. (Culture, E3, Industry)
