These are all good suggestions. I doubt much in the original game will change though, adding Master Quest would be nice.

I can't wait for this to be honest =D

I think you mean that you "concur."

OneSneakyMofo2725d ago

I concur, and he conquers. Everyone wins!

It just gave people nightmares (including myself). Never in my life have I encountered a level/area so legitimately hard.

am... not so much the 4 point, he says he wants more adult Link quest, but hey, lets think about it, why young Link had lots of side quest? perhaps teh fact that Hyrule- is not destroyed -yet-?
as adult Link u dont see anymore Market or Kokiri Forest and almost all the places are desolated or arent as -brightfull- as when young, ( Zora temple, anyone?)

everything goes -dark- when adult, but IMO is perfectlly like that, game is awsome. what i want to really see is....

a harder water temple!! yeah! ;D

Nothing needs to be changed 'cept for better graphics. Maybe some extra side quests too.

Cheeseknight282725d ago

Do NOT change anything related to the game itself. Ocarina of Time was as close to perfection as it came, there is no need to change the Water Temple or anything like that.

Changing rewards from sidequests or making the menus better is ok... but don't change the main quest. It's just unnecessary.

...though I wouldn't mind a tougher Ganon.

do not change anything.

OoT was and still is amazing, however game design has evolved over the past 10 years and ignoring 10 years of game design improvements simply to please people with nostaglia googles is stupid.

OoT 3D could be a simple port of a great game, or it could be a whole new experience that beats the original in every way.

I know that if I by OoT 3D and it only offers the same experience I played 10 years ago I'll be very dissapointed in Nintendo.

(I know I'll still get tons of disagrees for saying this though...)

There are games that can still be considered timeless, and Ocarina of Time is one of them. I really can't think of anything absolutely necessary from modern games that should be here - the game holds up much better than the other games of it's generation (Final Fantasy VII and Goldeneye come to mind immediately).

Neither of the aforementioned games are bad, but both aren't as playable as they once were. I don't think the same is true about Ocarina.

1. Fix Navi's annoying Hey!
2. Switch no and yes for God Sakes. For Example:

"LONG DIALOG THAT I SKIPPED - Did you get all that?"

*No is automatically highlighted and hits A* FUUUUUUUUUUUUU

PeterGriffinSays2725d ago

Nah Navi's "Hey!" was cute as fck. They should leave it mainly for nostalgia purposes.
