GameSpot: Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days Updated Impressions

Kane & Lynch 2 is hoping to build on the foundations of its predecessor with a more bombastic single-player mode and a more robust multiplayer feature set. GameSpot got to see both aspects of the game when they visited Square Enix's E3 2010 booth, where representatives from developer Io Interactive were also on hand to answer their questions.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I actually liked the first game, particularly the online mode. It was awesome...I have fond memories of shootouts with traitors and making it to the pick-up point with mere seconds to spare with cops right on my ass, or picking the exact right moment to betray the team, grab the loot, and escape with it.

If they can improve the core gameplay, this is a buy!

Oh, and IO Interactive...make another damned Freedom Fighters!!
