Apparently you'll be able to listen to your own MP3s while playing this game:

I too don't know too much about this game. It seems that you dive for treasure, identify and interact with real species of aquatic life, and explore the ocean w/ others via online multiplayer but I don't know much else.

This may be one of those types of games that appeal much more to a Japanese audience in that it is a learning tool of sorts for learning about aquatic species and ocean habitats. I feel like learning and self-improvement games aren't as popular outside of Japan. Again, I don't know too much about this game so I will reserve judgment for now.

it's AKA Endless Ocean

I wanna see the part where the diver gets bitten in half by the great white ;)

I think its more for people who also love the Sims.
its endless and in the end pointless XD.

I do like style and concept. with the nieuw audience it could sell for sure.
