After a while I started thinking about how empty the game world actually was and how great it would be if it had multiplayer which is what lead me to search for MMORPGs and ultimately spendingn 2 to 3 years playing WoW.
Can't wait to get stuck into another Elder Scrolls game.
probably half that time just trying to kill the annoying fan!

Not sure about this rumoured announcement though, I would have thought Bethesda would wait for the 'next gen' to release ES5, so they get another one of those HS moments?
If they announce ESV at E3 I will, all at one time, 1) Crap my pants. 2)Have a small stroke. 3) Drop whatever I am holding. 4) Immediately check the vacation calender on my works FTP site and request the week of release off.
Morrowwind and Oblivion are hands down my favorite RPGs. I have spent hundreds of hours. When I lay in bed at night I hear the music that plays when a room is loading in Oblivion....
So yes, please announce a new Elder Scrolls!

I to will be rather annoyed if they use the same engine, it's starting to look rather dated.
At the very least it needs a major overhaul. When you have to rely on mods to remove frequent and heavy stuttering you know it needs changing.

Oblivion was the game of this gen I played more then any other game on my PS3,Wii, DS or PSP plataforms .
In terms of hours of fun I had with it only Kz2, CoDMW2 and Fallout3 gets closer to half the time I have spent with Oblivion : )

squander the glorious possibility of this game on the current weak gen of disposable hardware...........this game is destined for greatness....do not waste it on trash with 512mb ram.. and 256vram..lol......
I would love to see this done with the new cryengine! When I saw those tech demos of the new engine with the castle and it crumbling from being hit by catapults I was just like "OMFG they need to use this in the next elder scrolls or even fallout!" I just thinking it would look spectacular... mind you I really have no idea what their engine will look like on consoles I have high hopes. Also in the tech demo I remember seeing a character run through the woods I believe in third person and it looked fantastic.
Seemed inferior to it's predecessor.....in so many ways imo... 'graphics aside'
Very stoked for ES V either way,just remove the universal levelling nonsense and make the Blades cool again....oh and bring back the Morag Tong......SO much more interesting than the psychopathic brotherhood..
