IGN: PlayStation 3 Best of E3 2007 Awards

IGN-
Sony had quite a showing at E3 2007. While Microsoft and Nintendo played it safe by mostly showing a slew of games that we'd already seen before, Sony announced a handful of new, and most importantly, big, titles. Gran Turismo 5, Infamous, echochrome were all great debuts that wowed the crowd on-hand.

At its booth, a number of great PlayStation 3 titles were on display from Sony itself and numerous third-party developers. Unreal Tournament 3, Call of Duty 4, Burnout Paradise and more are all running and looking great on the system. While E3 has certainly been bigger in the past, Sony didn't let that slow it down and pulled out all the stops.

But which games were show highlights? Which best showed off the future of the PlayStation 3? And most importantly, which games should you start saving up your hard-earned cash for? We've played 'em and picked 'em, and without further ado, here they are.

Killzone 2.

Let the Bodies Hit the Floor.

I think game of the show is LBP, Killzone 2 wasn't playable and thus should been voted as best game of the show. Strange that Cryisis or Mass Effect were not in any category.
Best RPG Folkrole. If Mass Effect is RPG than that game should be voted as best RPG

Ranking the Devil May Cry Series

VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."

Tales Of Graces Ƒ Retro Review – Holding Out For a Hero

Gary Green said: Namco Bandai heard the call of many fans asking for the PlayStation release of Tales of Graces which was originally released seemingly exclusively for the Wii back in 2009. If you’re acquainted with the Tales series then Graces f won’t be something entirely new to you, yet if you’re a newcomer then you’ll find a plethora of gameplay mechanics and nuances that distinguish this series from other JRPGs. While the game finds itself following the traditional archetype of JRPGs, such as a somewhat clichéd story, Graces has something to offer to both veterans and newcomers alike.
