Former Apple exec: Ballmer is distorted, never acknowledged 360's problems

A former Apple exec by the name of Jean-Louis has warned Microsoft shareholders that they should be worried by CEO Steve Ballmer. Jean slammed Ballmer for his levels of 'distortion' and denoted that he never acknowledged problems with the Xbox 360's reliability and the likes of Vista. He continued that all the apologies were left to underlings.

You'd think a guy looking like Ballmer, not to insult but kind of friendly chubby, would have some humbleness in him. Instead he comes off as being mean and egotistical. Someone who fosters the back-stabbing, idea stealing and over-enthusiasm MS is known for.

quick question, you label people by how they look?

And, just for the heck of it.

"back-stabbing, idea stealing and over-enthusiasm"

Yep, that pretty much sums up EVERY major corporation. They will all back stab, they will all steal ideas, and they will always have over-enthusiasm for their new products.

not sure why you got disagrees, all corps have their dirty practices. It's just that ms don't give a phuck if they're publicized or not, well maybe they do, however life goes on, and they still make money.

In other news: your parents misinformed you about a great many things about the workings of the world. Where likely misinformed themselves.

And sorry, but Silverlight in response to Flash, Zune in response to Ipod even Xbox in response to PS2, there are just too many instances in MS's history where they've made attempt to go after a market that another company had either established or developed. Came in offering no real or minor improvement, yet had a hype-storm of "innovation" surrounding them. Mud slinging at the competition.

The problem si that Silverlight is far better than flash and Zune is is a better PMP device than the iPod and Xbox was better in ever single way than the PS2 except in publisher support... Microsoft just recently started to come in a real competitor in the consumer world where as their only consumer product use to be their Win 9x OS

Montrealien, you are exactly right. There are so many blind sheep on this website that like to pretend that Sony does no wrong. Get the wool out of your eyes guys, Sony wants your money too, they're not making product to be your friend.

You should stop being so sensitive.

'Why don't they live Microsoft alone.. what has he done to you, WAWAWA'

Is effectively how I read his posts.

BYE3039d ago

He probably wouldn't be in the position that he's in now at Microsoft if he was friendly and humble.

Says Steve Jobs is distorted and didn't care one bit about Foxconn or the suicides happening because of the business practices.

Stupid Article is Stupid, Ballmer was not CEO when the Xbox 360 launched and has never been in charge for the development of the Xbox 360.

Apple isn't the only company that hired Foxconn for fabrication.

"Among other things, Foxconn produces the Mac mini, the iPod, the iPad, and the iPhone for Apple Inc.; Intel-branded motherboards for Intel Corp.; various orders for American computer manufacturers Dell and Hewlett-Packard; motherboards for UK computer manufacturer Zoostorm; the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3 for Sony; the Wii for Nintendo; the Xbox 360 for Microsoft, cell phones for Motorola, the Amazon Kindle, and Cisco equipment."
