Kutaragi's successor to kick off Japan's biggest game show.
The Tokyo Game Show will once again start off with a keynote address by Sony Computer Entertainment's president, only this year it won't be Ken Kutaragi. The head of Sony's videogame business is now Kazuo Hirai, and he will do the honors at this year's show in a keynote address to be titled "The Expanding PlayStation World, Business Strategy For New Growth."
Last year, Kutaragi shared some wild visions of the PS3 helping to cure diseases before closing off his speech with the bombshell of a pre-release price drop. Strangely, both statements turned out to be true. How will Hirai top that?
