BFG quits graphics business

BFG Technologies is calling it quits and pulling out of the graphics market. The US-based company was founded in 2002 and it made a name for itself flogging premium Nvidia cards.

However, BFG will still continue to offer power supplies, Deimos gaming notebooks and Phobos gaming rigs. Owners of BFG cards should not be concerned. The company will continue offering support and RMA services for all BFG cards still in circulation.

On the upside, BFG Technologies Chariman John Slevin announced that the company is working on a few new products. We wish them luck!

Will continue to offer PSUs and gaming systems.

I have a video card from them (8800 GT OC) with a lifetime warranty. Guess it's gonna be out of warranty soon.

They're just leaving the graphics card sale business that is all. With that said, I never got a card from BFG. EVGA was always my preferred.

Well, that sucks. BFG is a great company that has always offered superb products, and great suppport. I've owned several BFG video cards over the years. From PCI, to AGP to PCI-E.

Hopefully their new projects work out and they continue to be a competitive and reliable alternative to some of the more popular and over-hyped computer peripheral companies.
