AppSpy writes: "The forest's Mother Tree is ill and mysteriously you're the only spirit that hasn't been affected making it your duty to find the source of the infection and cure it. Part tilt-based flier and part Metroid-style exploration, Phoenix Spirit by Spearhead Entertainment is a unique and beautiful experience for the iPhone."
The Appera: You’ve seen old classics being ported and made for the iPhone. Some have been successful, while others should not have been released.
Spearhead Entertainment has created a game which gives you a feel for those old school days. Phoenix Spirit, where you play as an adventurous squirrel, brings back those nostalgic feelings of the ROM days. But can this heroic squirrel capture the hearths of all you gamers.
Touch My Apps: Sometimes it’s nice to have a game that’s not all about “how fast can you get through it” or “how many things can you blow up”. A game that’s about exploration and discovery. A game that lets you go at your pace – one where you can actually stop to enjoy the scenery.
