When Project Gotham Racing developers Bizarre Creations announced that they'd be creating a third-person shooter, many gamers questioned their decision. After all, the company had had huge success with their racing games, as well as with Geometry Wars, the arcadey space-shooter that was the jewel in Microsoft's XBLA crown after it launched. Why then, would they take developmental manpower away from the latest racing game (the cleverly titled Project Gotham Racing 4 to try their collective hand at something new? TeamXbox recently had a chance to play a few games of The Club in Barker Hangar at E3, finding a game that introduces some interesting gameplay mechanics to the genre.
