Tropico 3's Absolute Power Temporarily Pulled From Steam

Absolute Power, the expansion for island dictator-sim Tropico 3 has been temporarily removed from Steam due to a "complex" problem with the release.

UPDATE: It appears to be back, at least on Steam in the US. Kalypso say: "Issue resolved. Tropico 3 Absolute Power is now available again." (PC, Tropico 3: Absolute Power)
