Not Even GACKT Can Make This RPG Villain Scary

A few weeks ago, it was announced that popular Japanese rock singer, actor and all-round hunk GACKT will be appearing as villain Belskard in the upcoming PC RPG, Dragon Nest.

GACKT's trademark voice and bizarre stage presence have made him a popular choice for playing creepy game and TV villains in the past. But this new footage of Belskard shows that not even GACKT's deep and foreboding voice can make every baddie seem scary... (Dragon Nest, GACKT, PC)

I hate it when graphics put me off a game. I know graphics shouldn't mean everything, but when a game madein the 21st century looks like it belongs on PSone, I lose all interest in it :/

With that being said, it will be interesting to see what type of song he comes up with for the game. He's been on a roll with his recent singles.
