Japanese Bands To Appear In Next Rock Band?

When Harmonix approached JrockRevolution.com and asked us which Jrock artists the fans wanted to see in Rock Band we knew the news would rock the community (pardon the pun). With the start of the polling we anticipated a lot of buzz, but we never anticipated the enormous amount of dedication and support you all have shown thus far! Thousands of votes poured in from dedicated fans and curious newcomers alike. We cannot thank you enough for being a part of this huge step towards bringing Jrock closer to you, the fans. That’s what we’re all about after all!

Now the moment you’ve all been waiting for, ladies and gentlemen, here is your final Top 10! (PS3, PSP, Rock Band, Wii, Xbox 360)

Give me L'Arc~en~ciel,
and I'll buy it. Add Gackt's Tsuki no Uta, and it's day 1.

MUCC
FTW!!!

I'd love to hear some of Gackt's more rock-ish music in Rock Band. "Jesus" is a song that would be fun to play.
Say what you want about the man and his...bizareness, but he has amazing talent.

I can't stand Japanese over the top crappy music.
ally12345  +   1687d ago
And I'm guessing you've listened to every single Japanese band to come to that conclusion?
Pozzle  +   1687d ago
Over the top? How so? Japan's music is as varied (if not, MORE varied) as Western music is. They aren't any more over the top than the average Western singer/band. Unless you're looking at visual kei or other such obscure genres liek that.

So japanese music should not be in the game because you don't like it ? Yea but japanese people should listen to your type of music because its so amazing. Geez so many people on n4g have are close minded. Open your damn big ass head there are many different culture and music out there they have the right to have their type of music in the game just as we do.
