Itchy Thumbs: Dark Void: Zero iPhone Review

A lot of games these days, especially on the iPhone, favour a retro style. Dark Void Zero takes it a little bit further than that. The idea behind the game, a prequel to Capcom’s failed console title, is that it’s a “lost” game from the 8-bit Nintendo era. Previously released on DSiWare, the game even features a classic in-joke of the NES cartridge failing to work at the beginning, forcing you to blow into the iPhone’s microphone in order to remove dust from the contacts.
