When it was first announced in 2007 the fact that Sam Fisher was sporting a rather rough looking beard got more attention from the press than the actual games announcement. Although, to be fair it's not as if we weren't all expecting another sequel given the success of previous installments. It appears as if it wasn't easy to teach the old dog new tricks though, as the game was put on hold less than twelve months later and eventually taken back to the drawing board. That's enough about the games troubled past for now though. Sam's back, and this time he's gone rogue".
