Continuing the discussion on the forthcoming Alan Wake and Remedy Entertainment in general, during this half of the interview GameCity’s Director, Iain Simons, opens the questioning to the floor, giving GameCityNights 3 attendees the opportunity to pose their own questions to the writer on one of the Xbox 360’s most highly anticipated releases of 2010.
Alan Wake, from Max Payne and Control creator Remedy, is a horror classic, prompting one player to buy 4,000 copies that don’t even work.

On a serious note, that is why I try activating gift cards asap. It's happened to me where the store didnt scan it right where the card was unusuable. Happened at Wally World.
I just bought two of the MonsterVerse Godzilla movies on 4K - both had digital copies expiring in 2023. Both were actually expired.

Usually most of those redemption card have an expiry date on them. If they expired all buyer did was buy recycled paper. And some of those codes are country locked to certain countries. I buy a card from the States I can't use it in Canada.

Is it really that hard to go to Steam or GOG. She spent $240, when its currently 70% off on GOG, and only costs $4.49.
Gee, I wonder, should I spend $240 on eBay, or $4.49 on GOG? 🙄
Most likely she wanted to resell a few or most of them. However, it was a too good to be true situation.
So in short she paid $240.00 assuming usd for a bunch on unactivated game codes.
I still don't understand why I guess cause there's not a physical version and she wanted something for a collection or art project.
Following the remake announcement of the Max Payne remakes, the internet exploded with ideas of what it could look like.
Just look at Alan Wake 2, it quite literally has the exact same character. This model in This article looks nothing like any rendition of max
I don’t think about what he’s going to look like so much as I wonder as to what he’ll sound like after James Mcaffery passed away suddenly last year. He was the voice of Max Payne and it’s hard for me to imagine Max voiced by anyone else.
Why would they need new voice-overs? I imagine the lines will be the same. It's story is part of the appeal and the delivery of the dialogue, especially during the comic scenes is iconic to me. They may have had the idea to add more lines, but I think the path is clear with him gone now.
It’s a remake. Not a remaster and it combines both games. I’d be willing to bet $100 a lot changes.
Remedy and Rockstar are rolling out the red carpet for the Max Payne remakes on PS5 and Xbox, with similar development costs to Alan Wake 2.
