Weathering the Storm with F1 2010

Weather's a big deal in motorsport. Just witness the opening few races of this year's F1 season; the heavens open and all of a sudden the field is turned on its head, the action heating up in direct proportion to the sogginess of the circuit. It's in these conditions that some drivers shine – witness the mercurial drives of the likes of Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher and Lewis Hamilton when the going gets wet – and it's these conditions that throw up some of the sport's greatest races. It's surprising, then, that it's rarely a feature in racing games.
