Quote "From today’s perspective, it seems rather unlikely that Apple in fact would acquire Steam. But the opportunity is there and the financials could easily support such an acquisition. In an nutshell the article says that Apple should buy Valve to do basically the same thing Valve is doing now by bringing Steam to the Mac.

Edit - also seems the authors entire argument is centered around social games. The same types of experiences one would find on the app store. Basically the more I read the article the stupider it sounds.

not likely,
I don't see Apple buying Valve

No it'd just be horrible, look at some of the more recent things apple has done, do you want info on a game to leak and then watch any blog that talked about it get threatened to be sued? I don't want to see that happen, it would be a huge step backward and I don't see it happening anytime soon.

If Apple where to ever purchase Valve i would be ending my support for the Steam platform the same day.

Apple are part of the evil axis along with China and Iran lol...

Apple would probably not let them sell PC games and valve would have no customers.
