O.G. writes "Walmart is having a big buy 2, get 1 free sale for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii. Now keep in mind, this is mainly Platinum Hits/Greatest Hits for the PS3/Xbox360, but still, there are plenty of games that should be played that you can now great for fairly cheap.

A great deal, Walmart or not.

Still can't afford it myself though. I need a job!

Kratos Spartan5095d ago

Go get a job then! How old are you? Restaurants are easy to get into. It's the turnover rate. Apply at all of them, you'll get a call within 2 weeks from at least 1, guaranteed. Some money is better than none.

ThanatosDMC5095d ago

My only problem is i got all those Greatest Hits games all ready. It would have be nicer if it was any games so i could get 3 copies of LP2 or 3 copies of Red Dead... meh, i can dream.

Redlogic5095d ago

it just always seems to be games I have owned for a while now...must.stop.buying.games.o n.release...day

LordMarius5095d ago (Edited 5095d ago )

This is true, that is why I skipped Heavy Rain, B:BC 2, and will now skip Modnation Racers, just waiting on the perfect deal

Blaze9295095d ago

damn, I was excited 'till I read:

"Now keep in mind, this is mainly Platinum Hits/Greatest Hits"

jdktech20105095d ago

Was gonna jump all over that if Fallout 3 was involved but alas....nothing that makes me want to spend 60 bucks even for 3 games....one here and one there but I'll save for Reach, Starcraft 2 and either NCAA or Madden 11

coolasj5095d ago

own all those games except for Uncharted SOCOM and GT. but im not interested in those 3 sooo.... whatever.

Is this online only, or is it also in-stores?

Don't murder me if I missed where it gave this information.

air15095d ago

i was wondering the same thing

FragMnTagM5095d ago (Edited 5095d ago )

Everything on walmart.com is separate from what is in the store. Some products are the same, and can even be sent to a store of your choosing. But all internet deals are just that internet deals. The only deals in the store are the Rollbacks in the flyers, or of course clearance.

Source: Employee

P.S. the actual store sucks for buying games, unless you come across some rare clearance, other than that, stick to other stores for games.

Thanks for clearing that up.

Remembering Medal Of Honor: The Forgotten Master Of WW2 Games

Ibrahim from eXputer: "The Medal of Honor franchise was once the crown jewel of FPS war games, later defeated by the tides of time and poor development."

They tried to turn it into Call of Duty and it killed it off. They should reboot it and go back to it's roots. But they'd ruin it with online-only/multiplayer style bullshit so why bother? I have very fond memories of these games, but this series can stay dead as far as I'm concerned.

FPS_D3TH19h ago

Was literally just thinking of this game the other week with the secret nut cracker mission and the shooting Bismarck dog lmao. Loved these games as a kid

PrecursorOrb17h ago(Edited 17h ago)

I wish they’d remake warfighter

Strictly for the campaign

I have fond memories of playing the Medal of Honor Breakthrough MP Demo. It had two maps and custom servers. Living on campus, I had it downloaded on one of the PC Lab servers so I could access it on any computer at the university. Joined a clan and made friends that I still keep in touch with today.
