"There's a good chance you haven't heard of Blood Will Tell. That's mostly due to Sega giving it a distinctly low-key release with no advertising to speak of, so don't feel bad.
The game revolves around a baby having all his body parts stolen by demons to stop him becoming their prophesied downfall. Since the now gelatinous mass survives by force of will, his adopted father makes synthetic body parts so he can move around as a normal person. Oh, and he installs swords in the boys arms and a cannon in his leg. So, fighting involves throwing off his wax fore-arms and occasionally bending a leg to shoot a cannon-ball from his knee."
