GameShard - Splinter Cell Conviction review

GameShard writes: "As a reinvention of an established series, Splinter Cell: Conviction doesn’t quite come across as knowing what it wants to do. There are a few disparities between the way the game wants to be played and the way the single player levels have been designed. When it doesn’t work, Conviction can feel messy and uneven. But when it works, Conviction is a thrilling, tense stealth-em-up that might opt for a more action-packed approach than its predecessors, but does so with enough panache that it stand up pretty well as its own game, with only the occasional wobble to knock it off-balance."
