Hypervisior wins: PS3 remains unhackable

There seems to be no way to get behind the PS3's security gates. After Sony removed OtherOS functions from earlier PS3 models, the chances of hacking the console are nearly impossible. @Idle - Whilst Geohot may be working on a CFW, the stuff he showed in his last video could easily have been a text trick, so I don't think it was real. If it was, why isn't it out right now? I mean he said himself that it uses the standard update method, so he must have had it completed to be able to say that.

I'm suspecting that consoles that don't have the newest update might become worth more if something comes out of it....

That title for an article will only make Hackers more eager to break into the PS3. BTW that Geo guy hasn't shown his CFW method yet, so this whole "oh it can't be done" its a bit early to be shouting about.

first lesson in hacking 101 is anything can be hacked, rather right now it hasn't been hacked, it will be eventually, whether people want to admit i tor not.
