Battling a Giant: Rage of the Gladiator's Tagon

CoffeewithGames.Blogspot.com shows game-play footage from Rage of the Gladiator.

Tagon, the enemy, receives help from an outside source, causing him to grow to a gigantic size!

In the article, CwG talks and shows pictures of two control set-ups in Rage of the Gladiator.
CwG also questions reviewers of the game at one point saying, "If attaining a 'Rank: S' with the motion controls is possible in each fight, I would think that means the reviewers did not take the time to learn the motion controls, before passing judgement on them."

Has anybody else completed Challenge Mode in Rage of the Gladiator?

readiandnot3073d ago

I don't know about Challenge Mode, but that fight was crazy!
Have you played it using the WM+ yet?

CoffeewithChess3073d ago

I haven't tried WM+ yet, because I don't own a WM+ unit.

Coffee, I thought you had purchased Red Steel 2? What happened with that?

CoffeewithChess3072d ago

I haven't purchased Red Steel 2 yet, but I do plan on buying it.
I even put $5 down on it, to reserve the game, but was sick the week it was released, and just never went to pick it up.

So, no WM+ for me to try Rage of the Gladiator with right now.

I've watched a few of the videos for this game, but I think this is the first one that actually gets a Rank S in the fight.

Good job.

I posted another video with a "Rank: S", using the NES-style controls in the game.

I'm not sure if anybody else has posted a video getting the "Rank: S" though.

Thanks for the comment!
