Doc from The Tester Put to the Ultimate Test; Saves Life of PS3 Fan

PSLS writes:

Many of you PS3 owners out there may be familiar with Doc (Samuel) from the PlayStation Network reality series The Tester, but what you may not be familiar with is what this man does on a day-to-day basis when he's not gaming. Just what exactly what does he do? Well, he saves lives… literally...

until he started crying like a little b1tch after is girl friend got the boot... Gawd dammit! that was so gay!

We all got feelings my friend it's just that we deal with it differently. Had he saved your life I'm willing to bet that you would put the comment you wrote aside. Does it make you a bad**s that you don't cry? Imo no. I am willing to bet you that even some of the most toughest sob's out there have cried. When one loses someone important it can hurt more than a knife/bullet wound.

what?!?! you make it sound like he lost her in a tragic incident! which is not the case btw... the girl that he liked, which he met on that realty show for a couple weeks got voted off, so he started crying like a little wuss!!! she wasn't his official GF, hell he didn't even get no action from her?! Doc was in the friends zone bro! the friend ZONE! no horrific butter knife cut to the wrist trauma or anything like that!
It was just fu3kin embarrassing to mankind to see a guy cry over nothing!!! ??

I was happy to be in the right place to help speed. I was only one piece in the giant puzzle. UGFD was on scene and My partner Cara is an amazing Paramedic, She did most of the work. The ER staff,Cath Lab team and ICU workers all formed the support team for speed. alot of people form around someone in the ER when something likes this goes down. I was surprised the next day when myself and my partner walked into his room and he instantly knew who I was. I hope he was a speedy recovery as I know he is eager to return to his friends and the PSN community.

Great job Sam. My brother-in-law is a paramedic/firefighter in Hermiston, and my father-in-law is a fire chief, so my wife and I have much love for first responders.

The real heroes are always so modest.

Good work man, love your ID. I still have to get Akira on BluRay.

shadow27972291d ago

Huh. I would have thought there would be a 'Doc' in your SN somewhere, but at least now I know why you chose 'Doc' in the first place.

Anyway, good job, man. You do us gamers proud.

Having close encounters of death myself I salute you. I too had helped save a girl from being hurt, a girl got out of second story window who was really drunk and I along with another guy actually caught her. Now I don't expect people to believe me but it's my personal experience & I don't give a damn. For what I have experienced is just unforgetable. Things like that leave a resonance that stays with you forever.

I am Sam. I used my PSN ID here so ppl would know its really me. I used a pic that is an inside joke with me and my friends, so they also would know it is really me.

I remember one of the managers on the PlayStation.Blog saying he was a firefighter and a paramedic with a heart of gold.

I wish I could have met him in Home :P

Hey man, just swing by the Home forums every now and then. Sony isn't shy when it comes to meet and greets. They'll usually have something stickied in the Clubs and Events forums.
