From PlayStation Universe: "During EA's world premiere Crysis 2 event this past Tuesday, we had the opportunity to talk to the game's Senior Art Director, Frank Kitson, about all things Crysis. Some discussion topics included CryEngine 3's cutting edge technology, Crytek's cooperation with sci-fi writer Richard Morgan, the Nanosuit 2, and even Crysis 3. In short, it's jam-packed with valuable details about what is shaping up to be one of 2010's top titles. Check out the entire interview below."

On one hand, they say they are pushing the consoles to the limit, on the other hand we have seen visuals like Uncharted 2, KZ 2 and GOW3 on the PS3 yet we have seen nothing that really challenges these games on the 360.

The question is have they done what MS and their developers couldn't? Are they just pulling some PR and we will have another Final Fantasy like debacle where the 360 version will be inferior? From some of his statements I think there will be a difference in quality between the 360 and PS3 for sure, the question is how much.

If they are indeed indistinguishable then this really doesn't bode well for MS and it's studios, the difference in quality from games like UC2 and GOW3 is staggering compared to games like Alan Wake, Mass Effect 2 and Splinter Cell. The PS3 has just been on a constant trend of noticeable improvement, while the 360 has been improving as well but at a less impressive pace (My opinion).

I can't wait to see this game running side by side on the PS3 and 360, this is turning into an interesting conversation indeed. This game is looking promising as well.

AND PLEASE NO PC VS CONSOLES BS TODAY, WE ALL KNOW THAT IT'S NOT A FAIR COMPARISON SO NO NEED TO EVEN BRING THAT UP.
