Earlier today, news spread that Sony's Developer Relations Manager had left to pursue a career at Ubisoft. It was also revealed that J Patton would assume Mark DeLoura's role.
SCEA's PR Manager, Ryan Bowling, has gone a step further to express the null affect this has had on Sony.
Apparently Sony still has very good relations with many developers, including "EA, Konami, Sega, Rockstar, Activison and our own internal studios just to name a few".
Bowling also revealed PlayStation 3 dev kit shipment figures, which look extremely impressive when compared to previous PlayStation consoles, and the PS3's closest competitor, the Xbox 360.
"To date we have shipped more than 10,000 development systems to 208 companies in 11 countries."
