Gamestop is currently listing Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition at a price of $49.99 and expect it to ship as of 3rd September 2007.
Watch it gain much more after the average consumer finds out the warrenty is the best offered with the help of MS's blow out E3 showing; you know they have the bomb to help offset this warrenty issue they must have been planing for awhile.
Actually, I think the GOTY version of all 3 (PS3,360 and PC) should have come much sooner.
thnx for the article man.
Come into every 360 related article and spew nonsense? Reported.
thats all he does. Smaller vocabulary than a parakeet, and an I.Q. to match.
can't wait till this site gets legit, then the mods can start BANNING IDIOTS like like Neogayo
You used the word "gay" as an insult. You should also get reported, but I won't do it this time.
It's the Fanboys that make this site fun because I can get my news elswhere.
The only real way to make this site legit would be to charge a yearly subscription to it ie. $10 per year. I guess on the surface this would seem unpopular but these idiots aren't going to risk getting banned if its gunna cost 'em some green! The news pages could still be free, but to post a comment you would need to subscribe, you could also get other services for your money like HD downloads and possibly N4G online tournaments etc. I gotta admit I don't mind some fanboy banter but what written above (Neogeo) is outside the realms of fanboyism.
30 bucks is more appropriate.
How is $50 a lot? I'm assuming that, as a Game Of The Year Edition, the game will be the original Oblivion, preset with Nights of the Nine, Shivering Isles, and possibly the other DLC. That's worth far more than $50 right there, so you'd be getting a good bargain!
Ignor post number one; am I losing it?. That post was for another thread. I swear i was in another thread when i post that, a story that was already posted. I did not have that many beers last night!. I know the agree and dissagree feature has rum a muck(amoung other issues aswell) but this takes the cake. I must of made a misstake althouh i swear i post comment #1 in a different thread.
Sorry but I PMed you that I changed the topic. Back to topic, I wonder what features they're going to put in this edition.
I just bought the regular Oblivion a week ago because I figured that the GOTY Edition wouldn't be out so soon :( For only $50 though i guess it is a good price considering that the downloadable content is so expensive on XBL.
they should lower the price and make some of the smaller stuff free when the GOTY comes out.
I bought the Collector's Edition when Oblivion first came out, and I still haven't beat that yet! So I won't be buying it. The regular version of Oblivion is only about $20-$25. So either way you do it you will be out of the same amount of $, unless they add something entirely new to it. But I believe they said the Shivering Isles was the last thing they would add to Oblivion.
Never played oblivion.... so this is my dilema... Oblivion vs. Two Worlds Which one should I get?????
i haven't played two world or really caught up with it. but in my opinion oblivion is the best game i have for the 360(also own gears, rainbow, call of duty, GH.) I don't think you would be disappointed with oblivion or two-worlds for that matter. But something that could swing you...two-worlds has multiplayer...oblivion does not. Oh i don't think ill get the GOTY edition, have most the the DL anyway. But for someone who doesnt thats a good price.
ive been holding out till now i should really buy this game, now theres no excuse.
i recently have been playing it again and i am finding new stuff. The game is immersive as it is. So lets see. Oblivion, if you want to search for everything and do everything. 75-100hrs. Lets say 85 hours. Shivering hours expansion pack, if i heard correctly, it takes around 40 hours to beat 40hours The nights of nine expansion i have no idea how long it last so ill just say 10hours. With my estimations, thats around a 135 hours.
close, Knights of the Nine doesn't take that long 3-5 hours max, its just a added on mission, not an expansion.
