Gaming Age: Perfect Dark Review

By now most gamers who know about Perfect Dark's release on XBLA have already purchased it and are hammering away at each other online or speed-running the game in co-op or single-player modes. In fact, there's really not much of a reason to review the game except to run through exactly what was so wonderful about the original title at its debut on the Nintendo 64. There's a reason for that being the case, actually, and that's because 4J Studios haven't just ported a ten year-old game to Microsoft's downloadable service but at the same time they have single-handedly rebooted an institution and created a certifiable head rush of nostalgia in the millions of gamers who grew up playing this game in school.
