GAME Celebrates Video Game BAFTAs with Special Promotion

Last night, the GAME British Academy Video Games Awards ceremony took place in London, with a number of shocking results. While few would argue that Batman: Arkham Asylum found itself up against some tough competition for the coveted Game of the Year award, the fact that Rocksteady Studios walked away with the award will certainly be a boon to UK videogame development. However, another winner is now going to be a benefit to the UK's gaming public, as the UK's largest high street videogames retailer has announced a celebratory promotion. (Assassin's Creed 2, Batman, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, FIFA '10, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Nintendo DS, PC, PS3, PSP, Street Fighter IV, The Beatles: Rock Band, The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Wii, Wii Sports Resort, Xbox 360)

WOW, Game have dropped MW2 down £5 per copy. Can still get it cheaper at most big supermarkets. I get 99% of my games from large supermarkets as they normally sell games £5 to £10 less than the game shops on release day. After a few weeks games are sometimes dropped in price again. I have got games only 1 to 2 month after release for half the price or less at supermarkets.

Gosh....a whole £5.00!
The generosity of GAME knows no bounds. I'll shop there last of all. When ebay, other online stores, and supermarkets (ASDA)have all stopped trading I'll consider going to GAME.
