Level 5's White Knight Chronicles is very much about the items. From copper ore to disfigured faces, just about anything can and will be harvested, refined or hacked off. It's not your usual RPG, you see. There are hundreds of other players counting on you to roll up in their town, Dark Marksman in hand, and traverse vast plains, hunting vespids and boars in the name of raising your Guild Rank. If those players are friends, then it's all the more compelling. 6/10
