Review: The Bigs 8.5 for PSP

This game manages to be completely fun while being a cerebral experience. That's right -- a sports game that makes you think! Beyond the basic baseball, which is very solid, there's loads of strategy, starting with earning bursts of turbo during the batter-versus-pitcher showdown. If you're on the hill and blow a strike by your opponent, you'll get a little boost to your turbo meter; if you throw a ball, your opponent gets the boost. It takes the batter/pitcher showdown to a new level -- especially when the pitcher needs to come into the strike zone, lest he risk handing over a turbo bump... 8.5/10
