Do not let the name fool you. "Battlefield: Bad Company 2" is very good company for all the action players excited.
Action games in general, and first person shooters in particular, is a fairly even solemn genre. There is not much room for jokes in "Modern Warfare", "Gears of War" or "Killzone 2". "Battlefield: Bad Company" tried to do something about that.

"Battlefield: Bad Company 2" is considerably better than the last in the series, if somewhat more generic. Qualitatively, it is not far from the "Modern Warfare 2" level, and it delivers a great gaming experience, both alone and online.
In other words: a safe buy for anyone who is fond of action games
