GameState | Bioshock 2 Review

GameState: "Bioshock created waves in it's intricate underwater world. We hit Rapture again, but this time as a Big Daddy. It reminds me of a demented version of the Down The Tubes level in Earthworm Jim.

The story starts off in 1968, 10 years after the original through the eyes of the first Big Daddy to get hooked up with a Little Sister- Subject Delta. Sofia Lamb, the new head-honcho in Rapture, uses the now grown-up Little Sisters to collect children from the coastlines.

Sofia Lamb convinces Subject Delta to kill himself but is mysteriously raised 10 years later in a Vita Chamber with Eleanor psychically communicating to him.

The plot opens up to the player by collecting audio logs littered around the maps, similarly to the first Bioshock. That said, the plot is definitely best enjoyed if you've play the original Bioshock first.

The game is awesome. GameState score is a high 8.5 out of 10. Be aware that this game will not be everyones cup of tea, but Bioshock fans will be very satisfied." (BioShock, BioShock 2, Xbox 360) 8.5/10
