GameDaily - The Nintendo Difference: Punch-Out!!

GameDaily writes: "Back in the 80s, Nintendo had several classics for its NES console. Among them was a boxing game called Punch-Out!!, loosely based on the arcade game of the same name. Instead of a grid-based boxer and dual-screen set-up, however, it shrunk everything down into one screen and featured a new boxer named Little Mac, an up-and-comer looking to make a name for himself. When the game initially came out, it featured a celebrity tie-in with Mike Tyson, who you could face in the final round (this later changed, when Tyson landed in legal hot water). The game is still a must-play, and available for purchase on the Virtual Console." (Punch Out!! Wii, Punch-Out!!, Super Punch-Out, Wii)
